The Ivy Pearl Foundation was established in 2000 as a 501 (c) (3)

publicly supported organization to support programs that promote

education, economic empowerment and family strengthening.

The foundation’s purpose is to financially support the programs of

the Evanston/North Shore graduate chapter and other programs

that promote education, economic empowerment, health and the

importance of family. The Internal Revenue Service approved the

Foundation on January 26, 2000 as a tax-exempt publicly

supported organization. This status allows contributions to the

Foundation to be tax deductible.

The Ivy Pearl Foundation, Inc. raises funds through member dues

and fundraising efforts, The Ivy Pearl Foundation meets a minimum

of four times each year to consider organizational matters,

program grant proposals and develop fundraising strategies
