The Ivy Pearl Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization established by the members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Delta Chi Omega Chapter. The Foundation was created to fund initiatives that promote scholarship, economic development, health and wellness, social justice, and cultural enrichment.
Over the past year alone, The Ivy Pearl Foundation has made a meaningful impact by:
Providing 2,880 meals to Evanston school children experiencing food insecurity
Supporting several community organizations, including Evanston Community Fridges
Partnering with the Women’s Club of Evanston to outfit 100 high school students with head-to-toe formal wear for senior prom
Awarding seven new college scholarships to area high school students while continuing support for our Ivy Pearl Scholars, contributing more than $27,000 in educational scholarships during the 2025–2026 academic year alone
Since its founding, The Ivy Pearl Foundation has awarded more than a quarter of a million dollars in scholarships to deserving students.
As President of The Ivy Pearl Foundation, I am honored to help lead our efforts to strengthen fundraising initiatives, expand our visibility within the community, and deepen our impact. One of the most rewarding aspects of our work is the opportunity to connect more closely with community members, partners, and supporters like you.
